We are a growing Concierge Primary Care Practice providing high-level personalized patient care with medical excellence. We are looking for an experienced nurse to support the clinical activities of our holistic minded primary care physicians and to develop lasting relationships with patients in order to help provide health guidance.

Education/Experience Requirements
- Board Registered Nurse (RN/BSN/MSN) with 5+ years’ experience (Required).
- Nursing: 5 years (Required)
- Epic: 2+ years (Preferred)
Specific Responsibilities Will Include
- Rooming patients, ECGs, vaccines.
- IV insertion.
- Phlebotomy and processing labs.
- Assisting with physician procedures.
- Facilitate prescription refills in EMR
- Triage clinical calls to appropriate level of care.
- Lead daily clinical rounds with physician.
- Maintain clinical inventory, lab supplies, and equipment.
- Referrals, Care coordination, and as needed patient email or phone follow-up check-ins.
- Other tasks as needed in small business practice.
Computer Skills Required
- Experience with EPIC preferred, but willing to train.
- Microsoft Excel, Word Documents, and Outlook.
Schedule
- Full time (4 days per week)
- Office Hours 8:00am- 4:00pm (1/2 hr. dedicated lunch time)
- Day shift, 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- In-person, at our Back Bay practice.
