Patient Care Coordinator Job Listing

About the Role

The Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for patient communications, scheduling, and will put the patient experience first. The ideal candidate should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling visits in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, this individual should be able to help the executive team with any necessary tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Patient scheduling and calendar management for practice
  • Organizing and filing documents;
  • Answering and routing phone calls with precision and empathy
  • Reviewing, routing, prioritizing and responding to emails
  • Chart prep for next day and other tasks as needed
  • Morning opening of practice.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Word, Excel etc.
  • EPIC medical software a must.
  • Experience – Minimum 5 years in professional setting
  • Experience in managing priorities and administrative coordination.
  • Well-organized, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Calm and intelligent phone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail and problem solving

Work Setting and Schedule

  • In-person, at our Back Bay practice.
  • Full time, Monday-Friday
  • Office Hours: 7:30am- 3:30pm (1/2 hr. dedicated lunchtime)

Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on applicable experience.

  • Boston, MA 02116: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
